Survived by wife, Marie, Red Lake Falls, MN and cousin, Mary Ellen Swenson, Halstad, MN. John Robert Arneson was born January 29, 1932 at Sioux Falls, SD, the son of Millard E. He was baptized into the Catholic Faith on July 3, 1957 at Ada, MN. He entered the United States Army on July 24, 1952 and was honorably discharged on July 10, 1954. While living at the family farm, Kevin joined with his dad and brother Jim in rodeos and parades with their many horses. Following high school, he worked for area farmers before going to work for Marlin Matheny setting up manufactured homes.
Later, Kevin purchased the business which he owned and operated for several years. Since 2007, he has worked at Homark Inc. in Red Lake Falls as a Group Leader in the Window and Siding Departments. — Have had a sister-in-law and a brother pass away in the last couple of years. Everyone has been extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. They try to work within the families means to the best of their ability. Treating the family and the deceased with the utmost respect.

He also held membership with Minnesota Wheat Growers and was Past President. He was a member of the American Legion and VFW Posts in Red Lake Falls and was on the Satasdahl Committee. He loved farming, touring the countryside, playing cards, horseback riding and especially loved spending time with family and friends. Had our son's service and never could for excellent service. He is preceded in death by his parents; six brothers and sisters; and a granddaughter. Shortly after their marriage they relocated to Red Lake Falls, where Tom was employed by the City of Red Lake Falls and Digi Key. Preceded in death by wife, Veone in December, 1972; an infant son, Richard; sisters, Inga Hanson, Alice Sylvester and Elvina Smith; brothers Helmer and Halvor Knutson.
